Which brings me to the following problem; this is not Raccoon nor Fennec. She looks a lot like the Giant Otters (fingerless gloves and big furry collar) but she has no sharp teeth and red eyes, so I'm not confident enough to add that tag.

Her sidelocks being white, her eyes not being red, and not having a mouth filled with sharp teeth makes me think this is small-clawed_otter_(kemono_friends)

The commentary outright says she's a small-clawed otter.
