That's just how many anthropomorphised Holstein cows are depicted. Check out the pattern on her legs, as well as that she seems to have a prehensile tail. There's also the big horns, white ears and the bell in her hair. The Holstein character who was tagged has fake ears and horns on a headband with no horns and the ears brown and on one of the fake ears there's a bovine ID tag. The only similarities between this character and the character that was tagged is that they are supposedly anthropomorphic Holstein cows, though the tagged one is a fake one at that.
