Yeah, but I've never played Touhou before, and I don't really know all the characters. (Though because it's so popular I recognize some characters by face and/or name.)
Just wonderin' what's so specific of that top-left outline that makes it indicate it's Shanghai?
I retagged it Hourai, since hanging is associated with the Hourai doll because of the spellcard "Hanged Hourai Dolls" from PCB.
In general I think they're rather indistinguishable, but sometimes artists will depict Hourai with short hair, different dress color, and/or different head wear.
