I guess it's true, Danbooru is odd with Pokémon names. But to be fair, you said some names that may be used in the games, but this image is from the Pokémon Special (or Pokémon Adventures) manga. The color names are official.
The girl from Kanto is named Blue (Japanese) or Green (English) in the manga, not Leaf. She has a version / counterpart named "Leaf" in the game Pokémon Masters. Danbooru uses just blue_(pokemon) for all versions to try and keep it simple.
The girl from HGSS is named Kotone (Japanese) or Lyra (English). We have the tag kotone_(pokemon). She exists in the games but not the manga (except Crystal wears her clothes at some point). Since this is a manga image, Lyra is nowhere to be seen.
The girl from BW2 is named Mei (Japanese) or Rosa (English). We have the tag mei_(pokemon). Her manga version is named Whi-Two (Japanese) or Whitley (English). We have the tag whi-two_(pokemon).

Except the characters in this image are the manga version, almost all of which are named after colors.
Leaf, who isn't present here, wasn't even originally her official name. It was a fan name that was eventually canonized. She was also often referred to as Blue/Green depending on your region. Lyra/Kotone, also not present here, is the name of the game character. Same with Mei/Rosa, that's the game character, the manga character is literally named Whi-Two in Japan.
Pokemon character names are a mess, and it's certainly not this site's fault.

You're talking about Mei, not Touko. Touko/Hilda is the female player from BW1, White is her manga counterpart. Mei/Rosa is the girl from BW2, her manga counterpart being Whitley/Whi-Two.

Alright i see your point. Its still weird to me and i wish everyone could just have the same name in all regions and media. It can get confusing.

Oh no tust me. I know its not the sites fault. Its just extremely confusing and looks weird to me. As someone who always used the english canon names.
