Two of the errors are understandable: 78+3=81 (wrong operator), 127+34=161 (forgot to keep the ten in mind). How 543+8 should equal 542 is incomprehensible! If she works down the columns there seems to be a progression in the gravity of the mistakes.

534 + 8 = 542. She must have do 534 instead of 543 in her mental math.
