Hey, gotta keep the place clean. Us dokutah can pour instant noodles into our hood, yes, but I don't think someone as strict as Kal would risk getting coffee stain on important documents or anywhere in her office.
As someone who maxed out Flint's trust/promotion, it's stated that she only asks people to fight who give a vibe like they'd be into it, and she doesn't try to pressure anyone to do so, anyone who agrees just has a "sure I could go for a round of fighting" kind of attitude towards it. So in theory this shouldn't go badly in any way. But I guess we'll see.
