Well the Pixiv comment section has a few people mentioning that the real-life Special Week was also a 'sadist' who would bite and hold onto the neck of his partners while mating... though I don't think that this particular reference is intended by the author.
Probably just playing on the agemasen! meme, i.e. Spe-chan is a sadist for teasing the player with her skill but refusing to hand it over. And a pun on the first letter of her name.
