I'm fairly sure that while "urameshiya" could... potentially... be something to do with "hate," it's her own personal nonsense word. So, I'm changing the translation...
It's not really a personal word as much as it's what vengeful spirits say. If it was indeed intended for her to use it as a "personal nonsense word" then so be it, but otherwise you might want to go look at your dictionary again. Nothing "potential" about an actual existing phrase.
Meh whatever, ghost noises work too, and it's probably better that way in English.
