I was doing some research on this character just now. It has come to my attention it is entirely possible for her to overcome her transformation into the Black Dog. If she is able to overcome that, it may not be impossible for her to conquer her instincts to devour those she loves, as well.

actually after she was summoned as a servant, she does actually overcome her curse at her 4th ascension, after narrowly falling to it in her 3rd ascension.
