This is one of the artist's signature gags, replacing iconic accessories with something silly: Kyouko's broom is an oversized brush, Nazrin's dowsing rods are big bendy straws, Nue's trident is a spork and Murasa's ladle is a spoon.

The spoon already came up at least once before (post #1483948), the anchor is unchanged (post #4964940).

Ah. Figures that I totally forgot about that part. I need to remember that Rakugaki-Biyori is perfectly willing to bring back gags from several hundred strips ago at the drop of a hat.

Hmm, with that logic - I guess we can expect a Yumemi and Chiyuri return to the 4koma sometime in the future.
