Agreed; I don't have anything against the artist (especially since I've only seen this and the one Momiji image in terms of their works) but some of this feels like anatomical nonsense. A lot of them (especiallyMomiji and Kanako) look like giraffes with their neck length, honestly.

It's actually generally correct that a head would appear small on an exceptionally large body, as heads don't grow proportionally to a body. I assume it looks weird on Momiji simply because of her absurd height and built body. The way that he draws jaws very small and necks not scaled to build probably adds to the odd feeling, as well. As for others, like Sanae, the very localized fat makes them look a bit odd. Normally, somebody with that extra weight would also show it in the arms, collarbone, neck, face, etc, so it not showing seems off. Though, a chubby body without a chubby face is arguably just fetish fuel.
