Because there wasn't one. Sharp disguises himself as Doctor to bait Black Knight/Degenbrecher, meanwhile our good Doctor was somewhere else conspiring.

Therefore that tag is invalid, but not truly wrong/mistag because Sharp was dressed like Doctor (albeit didn't look like one because he took off the faceplate), which makes it's a cosplay so the tag could stay.
