And it's more than two. Off the top of my head, at least six Hololive/stars members- Kronii, Sana, IRyS, Flare, Arurandeisu and Ina- have their artists' work in FGO as well.

I think Deathprize may have been referring to, iirc, Ina and Sana themselves having done work for FGO.

Sana, Kronii, Fauna and Baelz from Council, Ina'nis, Callie and Kiara from Myth, IRyS from P.Hope, and that's just from EN.

They have done character work for Arknights and Azur Lane I believe, neither have done servants, though I'm unsure if they'd worked on Craft Essences.

Sana has done work for all three, a craft essence and several promo pieces.

All 4 of Holostars EN are made by an artist who has a servant for FGO (bonus to Altare's artist who also did the design for FE3H).

IIRC, Sana actually designed Mizuki & Goldenglow specifically, in Arknights.
