    I think it is marisa, cos those yellow eyes, but the artist forgot to include her braid, which makes things harder than they should be.

    That lack of a braid also makes it look like Alice, to me. Who would be a decent counterpart to the others here, being Marisa's IN partner like Yukari and Yuyuko.

    So it's either Marisa, and the artist forgot her braid, or Alice, and they forgot her eye colour. I'm going to assume hats don't lie, as the others have their normal hats.

    I'm also gonna put this in Playable Command... though I'm well aware a debate could be had on that.

    This is clearly LoLK Marisa, and in that game she doesn't have braid.
