Abhuman. Gura looks too much like a human to be classdd as a Xeno. Really the only thing that separates her from humans is her shark tail and that she can breathe under water. Beastmen are mostly labeled as Abhuman so I don't see why Gura wouldnt be. Unless her DNA shows she isnt related to humans but is indeed just a humanoid shark. But given she is an Atalantan she is likely related to humans and possibly just a subspecies of homo sapien.

Her being a new class of abhuman would explain why Maggie's kids are kidnapping escorting her to their fleet. Lots of research to do...
