Looks like a psychic sensor and Yuri from RA2, the smaller shadow figure seems to be the Emperor of Japan. The white markings on the shadow seem to represent the Symbols on the Emperors robe.

Very true. I always wondered what kind of training/conditioning they gave her to make her all emotionless like that. I guess Yuri STILL has a hand in everything. xD I love Yuriko. She is the best hero unit, IMO. And is it just me or is her eyes red when she uses her powers?
Btw, has anyone played the Uprising version yet? Is it any good? And did they get an actor for Yuriko yet?
