It's no coincidence it's these four grouped together here. They all have "White" in their name - Lily WHITE, Letty WHITErock, Keine Kamishirasawa (Kamishirasawa meaning 'upper white swamp'), and Byakuren Hijiri (Byakuren meaning 'White Lotus'). Mike just can't escape the color White.
Probably not the best person to comment on this, but I do think Sanae's "チョロい" is meant more to critique Mike; as in, she is easy to be swayed to do things. One of the meanings of that word is to refer to "simple-mindedness".
That was the nice way of saying it but essentially I think Sanae's dissing Mike for being simple/dumb and just doing going with what people say she should do.
