It's been a year since my comment got deleted.

I guess history is not everyone cup and is propaganda by nature.

Anyway, US pretty much started the Pacific War. All they had to do is provoke Japan and let Japan take the bait. Why? Because you cannot declare war without any legal cost. Pearl Harbor was the answer and just like 9/11, Roosevelt did that on purpose and knew it already becuase they knew Japan is weak and would not do much of a challenge (It did though, i mean why would the Pacific would last 5 years) and because of the war time situation, US can sell guns and their ideology to countries such like here in The Philippines. Plus, they want money and power.

Pearl Harbor is not also a human stupidity. Westerners had been treating Japan and other asian nations as shit. No wonder Japan had to "stand up" against them (but failed misarably, i did said this so you historical normies can smile). Besides, fighting Nazis can be much more difficult.

Nowadays with Japan no longer a treat, I'm pretty sure China, North Korea and Russia will probably do the same but only on a bigger and more dangerous scale.
