Usually we don't go by the artist's headcanon, but like the other commenter mentioned, bridget has breasts here, so in this case it should be tagged as 3girls yuri.

In the article you linked: "Bridget was born one of two twin sons"

The boy and girl sandwich tag doesn't fit here. Even if Bridget is tagged as a boy, both of the characters doing the sandwiching are girls.
