Seems rather petty to not let their streamers get this, especially as I heard you can order more than one so that isn't the limiter.

What I don't get, is what does the company get out of having the play buttons. Why does Riku need to have the play buttons? What does he do with them?

Something to counterbalance that massive ego.
You don't want to set out on a yacht that's unevenly loaded. That is dangerous.

On top of NOT letting their streamers get the play button, they have the gall to freakin' LOSE it, crazy. At least, that's what happened to Morinaka Kazaki and Hanabatake Chaika's play button.
