Can someone more hip to the younguns' radical jive translate? I can guess she's got a tummyache from context, and that she's probably complimenting the doctor's skills in the second-last panel, but ye gods those second and third panels.
And the artist- do they need help? Do they deal with this sort of person on a daily basis? Should we send them money? The Red Cross?

Dialects of English have existed for many years. Jive is one example. Zoomer slang lacks the elegance.
Some zoomer slang words such as "gyatt" were originally from AAVE, which tends to spread outside of black communities and become integrated into general youth culture.
