I strongly suspect this is AI. Some parts of the pictures are blurry, there are errors are the bottom, and something with Purple Heart's hand feels off.
I am going to flag it for deletion, but I'm honestly not sure, can anyone add their two cents just in case?

The blurriness is in line with some of her older works. If anything I think this might be traced. Look at how weirdly squished the right breast is and how the plush's mouth section looks like it might be a part of the dress originally with how it fits and how the overall shape would be more natural if it were.

It wouldn't be the first time either.
