Ok, here's my guess:

- "Normal" holes: Pussy, mouth, asshole, 1st urethra
- 2nd "head" (dick): 2nd urethra
- "Freaky" holes: 2 nostril, 2 ears, 6 gills

That's 15 holes... How weird... ¿Maybe the nostrils count as a single hole?
