I'm not that deep into umamusume lore and i'd like to know, what does the Yakuza has to do with umamusume?
Some racehorses used to be backed by Yakuzas. Said racehorses are included in Umamusume. One rule in making Umamusume fanart was, taken very loosely, 'never to depict anything that disrespects the horse AND/OR the owner' and PETA's AI art clearly broke that rule.
Realistically though, I doubt much of anything will happen since: I believe PETA would be covered under US free speech laws, and PETA has some insanely good lawyers on retainer.
