    I've recently discovered that the person behind this edit is none other than "Anti-Crack-kun", a uniquely unhinged individual from 4chan's /a/ board, known for (among many, many other things) making Gridman threads unuseable with his endless spam of walls of text attacking other posters.

    In the original image, the phone shows Hibiki Yuuta's name... I think. The first kanji is hard to identify, but the other two match up with his name. From what little I could find out about this person outside of KiwiFarms, it makes sense why they would make that edit.
