At the current rate, looks like it'll be Blue Archive. Unless Genshin or Hololive somehow gets an unexpected explosion of growth, but I don't expect that will be the case.

I put my bet on Kancolle, still getting fanarts after 13 years is crazy feat but if there moment BA surpassing KC it should be celebrated too
It looks like that in an attempt to make Cirno post 999K she basically got spammed, a lot of uploaders thought they could nail the 999K

I depends how many people are willing to post KC fanarts and we arent on 2016 when Iowa released, but KC fandom in general looks like less motivate to get second place, also this is kinda like a dick measuring constest and most KC fans could care less about branging rights unless is directly related to ww2 naval history. Even i got over it.
