Not 100% on this but judging by the emblem on her shorts I'll tag this as Silver Wolf (from Honkai: Star Rail)
I don't play HSR but I instantly thought on seeing the thumbnail that it's her based on the shorts and gloves. Probably a good sign of recognizable character design lol
