I myself think Yuugi is stronger than Suika, since her ability is manipulating superpower => she can block Suika's "turning huge". And her physically is stronger than Suika (it looks that way)
Aya is the fastest and as far as I can tell she is the hardest boss in the game ;___;

Touhou powerlevels don't work this way. They just beat the shit out of everyone with danmaku, the powers are just for show. Harder spellcards > More powerful boss. Suika is the IaMP final boss, Yuugi a mere SA Stage 3 boss. No real contest here.

You are misinterpreting Yuugi's ability...and looks don't mean anything in Touhou. Suika's ability is not simply turning huge, but manipulation of density. She can make anything dissolve into mist, burn to a crisp or being sucked into a black hole.
