I believe Rin and Len usually live together, but in this comic Rin lives at Miku's house most of the time and babysits Chibi Miku while Big Miku goes on tour and what not so Len has the house to himself.

Everyone lives in their own homes from what I can tell, except Rin and Len, and Miku and Chibi Miku.
But they spend a lot of time at each others' houses... I think.
