Didn't we have a fight between Medi and Yuuka and the result was that Yuka got Fuc*ed up badly. Really badly, not Reimu Hakurei badly.

I think that Medicine was the only character (in her own scenario) to actually win against Yuuka (the rest who encountered her just escaped.)

As far as I know Medicine was indeed the only one who broke some clothes on Yuuka after fighting her, meaning she won.
