How is this loli!? I just looked at the source. It's not even tagged loli by the artist. All it is is a behind shot, how does anyone get loli out of that?

That's just saying she's "handsome" because we all know Marisa is Gensokyo's resident lady killer. The artist in the comments section said it's shoujo... when I asked if this was supposed to be loli.
You must have a privileged account because as sgcdonmai stated by Danbooru standards this image falls within the loli category. The loli category is disabled/hidden/locked from non aproved users for reasons that have been overly stated before.
