To be fair, if I saw someone make stars by snapping their fingers, I'd want to know how they did it too. All I get is broken fingers.

Though I can definitely see where you'd get that, I think those were just star-shaped danmaku Marisa fired off when she snapped.

...I just noticed this, but. When Youka looks at Marisa's fingers, the sunflowers on the edge of the panel turn inwards, too.
