This is a parody of the main-menu art for the just-announced Touhou 12.8 ("The Great Fairy Wars"), for which Cirno is the player character.

at least she was playable in 2 games not counting .5's. i still say there should be one where you can play as Flan, Koishi, o Nue but for whatever reason the powers of every one were altered so that the EX boss is Cirno and the first midboss is Yuka.

nah if he really loved the decimal points it would have ben 12.25, 12.5, and 12.75 instead of rounding them off
