    That was a reference to a Naruto comic that I've seen occasionally posted on 4chan. Basically Naruto's being annoying, Sakura ends up punching him, and one of the team comes to Naruto's defense by saying he's just getting into character. The above post was Sakura's response to it...and of course Naruto opens his mouth to make the situation even worse. If you ask around someone might be able to direct you on where to find the comic I was referencing.
