Guy relatively new to Touhou here. I've learned to recognize some characters, but not all. What I'm asking is: who are the two (cum-covered, tied-up, vibrator-ed) girls in the foreground?

They're Hijiri Byakuren and Murasa Minamitsu. The former is one who's very easy to recognise no matter what she's wearing, thanks to her bicolour hair.

True, but this is fanart we're speaking of. I'm not sure I've seen any fanart without it, so it's still a recognisable feature of hers.
