I thought that too. I was confused as to why she was so tired in the last panel 'till I looked back and realized the stairs were going UP instead.

Same here. I thought she was dizzy from the bath, so going down stairs like these could be dangerous. Only figured it out at the last panel.

Not me. First thing I saw was the windows. After seeing the windows, it does not look like downstairs at all.
