It's not canon ,obviously, but I once saw an image on this site where Aya still managed to move (quite fast actually) while time was stopped.

I speculate SO much about Patchouli in the back. I am guessing she has one of a Sakuya x Meiling moment, because of the "GJ" and Meiling's reaction to it.
