    Ramen eaten after you've been drinking sure is tasty! There's plenty of tasty ramen shops right around Ikebukuro, so it's pretty dangerous. Oh yeah, this is set in Ikebukuro. :-)

    My new issues for tomorrow arrived safely. I was on pins and needles! (^^;)

    In the context of the comic, yes, that's what that means. I'd have assumed y'all would be using a bit of common sense here to know that's what was implied.

    Kogasa: Chashu ramen is my favorite food. I could honestly eat it for every meal. Or just all the time without even stopping.
    Sanae: You'd get fat.
    Kogasa: No.
    Sanae: You'd get totally fat.
    Kogasa: I don't think I'd get fat. Why would I get fat?
    Sanae: Ramen makes you fat. Pork makes you fat.
    Kogasa: Ramen makes you fat??

    I can feel for Kogasa.
    This reminds me of the time last year when I was at the Magic Kingdom for the Food and Wine festival. I was making my way through the crowd in the Greece area trying to get to Canada before they ran out of Ice Wine (best wine on Earth) when I smelled something that made me salivate uncontrollably.
