Well, results will be posted on the 9th Feb. I assume in Japan's time. And I think today is the last day for POSTING images on it, rather than end of the whole competition (because if it is, then why wait two more days before giving the result?).
Based on when the view counter seemed to stop last round, I think that the tally includes images posted before 12:00 on the 7th, but includes views gathered until the 8th, 12 hours later.
