if you ever noticed, her dress is somewhat transparent, sure it looks like the brightest white ever but alot of the time you can see her body frame inside the dress, nothing major though.

You can see the shape of the body through a white dress most of the time since white dresses are kinda translucent

True, but it's weird how they try to accentuate her "possibly" nude under the thing. I know it's weird, but she's one of the few characters I don't care to sexualize.

Well it does give her this surreal elegance, sort of like a celestial beauty. Also what artist would give up the chance to tread the line between E and ecchi
