Me too, its like one of those visual puzzles, y'know the ones, "do you see the old woman or young girl?"
In this case it's "do you see creepy-as-hell smile or back of Marisa's head?"

So am I the only one who can't see it?

Try to imagine that black thing on at the back of Marisa's hair as a mouth, also it can help if you are looking a bit far away from the monitor.

It looks like I'm seeing a scarecrow with horns, I think...

Looks a bit odd to me, but I can't see it as a face.
