I both hate and love this artist. I love his/her work and love this picture in generally, but I hate the fact he/she doesn't post art on a daily basic and the fact he didn't make this image into a wallpaper. That last part really pisses me off.

Because 212 people have favorited it, in which the Priv+ members add 1 or 2 to the score, depending.
If you mean why it deserves it, I think it has to do with highly believable proportions and skin/clothing detail.

Well...I actually meant that only Priv+ accounts apply score. I might easily be wrong, but as I remember, regular accounts can't vote up and down posts (if you have a working up/down set of buttons next to the score, then I'm wrong). I know for a fact that only Priv+ members add 1 "free" score when favoriting and subtract one when flagging, so we can both favorite and vote up to add two to the score.
