I like instant noodle dishes, too, especially when it's an easy way to eat lunch without going out (and especially when I dump cayenne and black pepper into it), but unfortunately, the "fine flavor" pretty much comes down to "a freakishly large concentration of salt". They're just plain bad for you, especially if you eat them routinely.
That said, they're perfect Hikkikomori food, so I certainly approve of the image of Patchy going on, there.
