Actually the Mist is what killed them all (it's toxic to non-Servants and even Magi can only resist the effect for a while). She probably barely had to stab anyone.

Having read a trans of her debut chapter, it seems she actually ate the loan sharks after the mist killed them. Personally, I can't get though a single slab of BBQ ribs without getting sauce all over the place so she must be a very clean eater...
