Its because the artist's circle members were working on many different things but were presenting all of them in a single booth. They will be selling separate doujinshis on separate topics, but the promotion picture had to be drawn in a, you know, single picture; thus this picture has bunch of un-related topics all mangled together.

There is no 'deep' meaning for this.
Until you make it deep, there is nothing un-related when touhou touches it.
