Well,this picture is depicting Vojska Republike Srpske in the Bosnian war,the gun is a Zastava M70(note the flip-up rifle grenade sights) and the uniform is M89 oakleaf/jigsaw pattern used mainly by the JNA and later the VRS-SVK and VJ.
