Man, what the Duckies are making reminds me of Rhode Island pizza...which is marinara sauce on flatbread. No cheese or toppings otherwise (aside for some grated parmesan, and even then that's optional).

I know this, i used to fry half a bun, one or two ketchup sachets, and grate a little of cheese that i could find and microwave it afterwards.

while i never tasted balut, most people reviewing balut said that balut "did not taste as bad as they think", so is not that bad, right?
