Anyone wondering why there's "BREAKING NEWS" on the phone's screen? Hopefully it's just a photoshop and not her accidentally tweeting this to the entire world.

Himura explains it in post #3491680's commentary: "Hokuro" is her online alias, "Kuroko" is her nickname at school. Or at least, the latter is a placeholder for whatever her actual real (nick)name is, per the "generic name" standard for Tawawaverse female characters.

I'm not sure how to translate the second and third commentary tweets. The former at least seems to be saying something about image reversal and image-processing by the phone, but I'm not sure if it's saying "a phone app flipped the reversed image".
