Purchased it out of curiosity, but since Suzutsuki's room is just next door, there wasn't really any good opportunity to try it out so it was left there like that and forgotten until Atlanta found it out by accident, and since it's never used for anything, excuses have to be desperately made for it, although Atlanta herself doesn't know what it really is—that is pretty much the gist of the situation, yep.
