Actually it might be. The last post on their twitter: https://twitter.com/xxxadaman/status/994566248653406208?s=20 links to the same site that the account I got this from manages. The post here didn't mention any other artist and seemed to be all original work so I didn't question it. These sprites are not the ones currently used in the game, so I don't know.
